Your team charter is a separate document, it should list:

Each team member and their contact details

What your objective is for the assignment

Who is responsible for what in order to both assemble and present

Agreement on when and how often you will meet

Other elements as described in the Week $10$ Power Point deck on the Team Charter example slide.

You can see an example of what an outline should look like and what it needs to contain in Chapter $12$ of the textbook. For those of you with the physical book, it is on pages $330-332.$

Your team charter should be named in the following format: tc$\_$groupnumber.doc. For example, if my group was team $2,$ the team charter document would be called $"$tc$\_$group$2.$doc"
