Your team is required to conduct a case study on the bankruptcy of crypto exchange, FTX, and the associated events. Your findings will be presented within a 5 to 8-minute video presentation based on a set of no more than 10 PowerPoint slides (reference list not counted). 

You should address the following points: Briefly describe the incident with emphasis towards giving context to the discussion on the points below.  Describe a market anomaly or puzzle (for brevity, all mentions of anomaly hereafter applies to puzzle as well) associated with the incident.  How does the anomaly violate classical finance theories? What behavioral biases exhibited by the stakeholders contribute to the anomaly, and how? 

Hint 1: Assume that your audience has a broad but surface level knowledge of what has happened. The FTX incident has a long (arguably ongoing) and multifaceted storyline. It is impossible to describe fully what has happened or what each party has done within our format. Therefore, a significant task is to find a specific angle to efficiently discuss the required points.

Hint 2: The purpose of these questions is to give a roadmap to structure your thoughts. The questions need not be given.
