Youve been brought into Dirt Bikes to help them implement an ITIL environment. To do this, all employees have been signed up for ITIL Foundations Training which is planned for next month.

Since youve had some basic ITIL training, the ownership has asked you to develop a HIGH LEVEL strategy for how we should go through this implementation.

On 1-2 Word pages (or PPT), lay out your strategy and consider:

• Based on what youve learned, which components of ITIL should we focus on for starters? Which areas should be done first? Which can wait until later?
• Who would you need to engage for assistance?
• Which artifacts or other resources should be created and maintained?
• Which on-going processes need to be developed in order to support the ITIL methodology.
