For example, the factory and warehouse sections of the branch involve strenuous manualabor on production lines and material handling during long shifts that often lead to stress, fatigue, and accidents amongemployees over time (Winny, Kazaara, et al.,2023). In addition, extensive operational activities require continuousBupervision and management across various functional departments, but the lack of qualified supervisory personnel has leftxisting managers and supervisors oveworked. Finally, dormitory-style livinges and sanitation issues in basic sanitation facilities in staff quarters have recently emerged as serious concernscting employee satisfaction and retention.
