Does your example involve different treatments? Matching samples? How much data would you want to collect?
3. What are the assumptions of the statistical procedure?
4. As appropriate, comment on whether the statistical procedure would be upper-tailed, lower-tailed, or non-directional. What do you consider an appropriate margin of error? What level of statistical significance did you specify and why?
