b. Evaluator: How did it feel for you to give the evaluation in the second trial? Did you feel as if you were sugarcoating the feedback or “not being yourself?” Which trial was easier for you? Why? How can you use this both in the workplace and in other areas of your life in the future?

c. Person being evaluated: What was the difference in the way you felt during the second trial? Did it make you feel less defensive? Was your ego preserved? How difficult was it for you to proactively listen by paraphrasing to understand?
