If adding athletes who are disabled to able-bodied competitions would require accommodations that constituted a fundamental alteration of the sport, as was the case in Kuketz, would a reasonable accommodation be to create separate teams for athletes with disabilities instead? Is this what we have done in creating separate teams for female athletes?
