Whose opinion can improve your performance? Write down the names of four to six people who know you, care about you, and want you to succeed. The more diverse their identities and experience, the better. These are the people whose opinions matter most. This week, tell them you value their opinion and seek their advice to improve your performance. Ask them to provide specific feedback, focused on behaviors you can change or improve, to improve your performance as an employee, manager, spouse, parent, friend, etc.
