Project management in a geographically and culturally dispersed team is difficult. For each team member, assign the member to a country with a different time zone and different languages.

Assume all members share one common language, although that language will not be a first language for all members. Example countries: USA, India, Israel, China, Pakistan, Iran, France, Peru, and Japan.
