If you have access to a spreadsheet program, enter the sets of scores below into two columns. After entering the numbers, select the cell immediately below the first column, find the menu item for functions, and select the statistical function for average or mean. This should enable you to calculate the mean for the first set of data. Repeat this procedure for the second column of data. You can add the computation for standard deviation by selecting the menu item for functions and finding the standard deviation function. If your spreadsheet has a graphing function, you might try selecting both columns and generating a scatterplot for the two sets of scores. You also might try generating a column or bar graph for the two means
