Two boys were unattended by their father in a store. They took bicycles from the rack and rode them around in the store. One crashed and required stitches in his leg. His parents sued for premises liability because the bikes were not locked, there was no employee present to prevent use, and there was no sign telling kids not to ride bikes. Was the store negligent?
