One of your company’s largest customers, Big Mart Ltd., has just announced new delivery and freight conditions for all of its suppliers (which it refers to as vendors). These include the following conditions:
1. All freight is paid by the vendor to Big Mart’s stores or distribution centre. 

2. Shipping will be arranged by the vendor. 

3. The vendor will ensure that goods are delivered to the “ship to” location on the date or within the time frame specified in the purchase order. 

4. All shipping is at the vendor’s risk and expense, with Big Mart taking title to the product upon receipt.
