How do I deactivate my account?

Answer

If you are looking to cancel your membership, follow these steps 
Otherwise, follow the below steps to deactivate your account:

1. Log in to your account and click on your profile picture.
2. Select Personal Setting from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the Deactivate Account button.
   
4. Provide a reason for deactivating your account and then click Confirm Deactivation.
   
   
5. After that, you will get a confirmation email about account deactivation.
   
   Don't forget that:  
    a)  There should be no pending book dues.
    b)  Your membership should not be active.
    c)  There should be no projects in the "open, in-progress, or disputed" state.
   

   
   Please note that if the above conditions are not me, the account deactivation button will not be visible.
