In order to withdraw any pending earnings from your Solution Inn account, you must have a minimum balance of $75. If you have the required funds in your Solution Inn account, you can put in a withdrawal request in the withdraw payment method section of your finances. Select your desired payment method to use to receive your pending earnings and provide the necessary information. Once you have successfully submitted your withdrawal request, you will have to wait 3-5 business days before the funds are reflected in your statement.
Please note that the 3-5 business day period does not include Saturdays or Sundays. Also, if you are requesting your funds to be placed in your bank account, any holidays that affect your bank’s operating hours may further delay the transfer of your funds. Please also be aware that any suspensions on your account will put a hold on the transfer of your funds.
If no holds were placed on your Solution Inn account and after 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday) you still can’t see any funds being reflected in your PayPal, or Bank Statement(s), we ask that you contact your financial institution to seek help in getting the issue resolved. More than likely, it’s a technical difficulty on their end and not with Solution Inn.
