How will I receive payment on my completed projects? Can I receive payment in advance?

Answer

In order to receive payment on a completed project, you need to generate an invoice against that project. In order to generate an invoice, please follow the following steps:
Go to My Project > In-Progress Projects.
Click on that Project for which you want to create an invoice.
Under Project title tab you will find the option "Go-to Workspace".
Click on “Invoices” tab on left menu.
Click on “Create New Invoice”
You cannot receive advanced payment on pending projects. Payment can only be disbursed after a project is completed.
