I have been charged twice for the same solution. What should I do?

  • Once the refund has been processed the funds are shown in the My Funds section on your  Dashboard

  • You may need to make a request for external refund so the funds are transferred to your original form of payment

  •  It may take 2-5 business days for  the funds to be available to your account
