Is it possible to deactivate my Solution Inn account temporarily or permanently?

Answer

Yes, you can deactivate your account in 3 different ways.

1. Move the cursor over the Profile option in the navigation bar at the top of the page. When the drop-down list appears, select Personal Settings.


2. Once you’ve been directed to the page for your Personal Settings, look for the Deactivate Account option from the sidebar on the left side of the screen.


3. After you’ve been directed to the page to deactivate your account, you will be asked to provide information to either deactivate your account permanently, temporarily or for a limited time.
