As a first-timer diving into accounting, this book served as a decent introduction but I did feel overwhelmed by some of the more complex concepts. Could benefit from more visual aids or summaries for easier digestion. Overall, 'Accounting For Decision Making And Control' is satisfactory but be prepared for a deep dive.

I appreciated the balance this book strikes between theory and practical application. It gives a good overview of decision-making processes in accounting, and the practical examples help reinforce concepts. The book arrived the day after I ordered it, which was fantastic. However, I felt some sections could have been explored in more depth. Overall, it's a very helpful guide and I'd recommend it to anyone involved in finance.

Needed this for my Bachelor of Science in Accountancy classes and scored a discount on it, which was nice. Shipping didn’t take long, maybe like 3 days tops, which helped cuz school’s already started. I’ve just begun reading and stuff makes sense but sometimes it’s a bit like jumping into the deep end with some chapters. Not much in terms of examples to keep things light, but it’s organized so that’s cool. Hope it gets easier to get through as I study deeper. Good enough for now but havent finished most sections firsthand.

The book delivers a solid introduction to accounting for decision-making. It includes both theoretical insights and practical applications, which is what I was looking for. It’s detailed enough for in-depth understanding but also structured in a way that's accessible to beginners. The extra discount I got with my student membership made it an even better purchase. Some chapters are denser than others, which can slow you down, but it’s a worthwhile read.

It's a great addition to any accountant’s library, whether you're a student or a seasoned professional. I used my premium membership to get it at a discount, which was a nice bonus.
