For a textbook meant for academic purposes, it's decent but pretty heavy on theory, as expected. Some areas could use simplification to improve understanding for beginners. It came in good time and in great shape. That said, my expectations might have been a bit high, considering the edition number. It's a solid piece for advanced learners, just not the best starting point without guidance.

This book is truly an outstanding resource for anyone studying accounting. It's well-structured and covers both fundamental concepts and advanced theories. I appreciated how the author used real-world examples to illustrate complex ideas. It arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. As a student, the supplementary materials available with my library subscription were really beneficial too. Highly recommend for anyone serious about mastering accounting!

Accounting Theory, 7th Edition is a goldmine of information. The depth of knowledge accommodated in this book is commendable. The clarity of explanations and logical progression through topics make it an indispensable tool for accounting professionals. It is a bit pricey, but with my membership, I got a nice discount, which was great. For those in the field, it's worth every penny.

This book provides a solid balance of accounting theory and its practical application. I found the case studies particularly helpful to understand the material better. It arrived very quickly, just two days after ordering, and was packaged well. My only critique is that it could use more recent examples relating to today's business environment.

I found the Accounting Theory book to be a very helpful guide for understanding complex accounting principles. The content is detailed yet accessible, which is a significant plus. Although it could have been more concise in certain sections, overall, it's a great reference book to have. Plus, with the subscription, I enjoyed extra materials and resources which aided in grasping tough concepts.
