I enjoyed 'An Eclair To Remember'. It has great examples that are easy to follow even for a novice. The book was well-packaged upon arrival, keeping it in pristine condition. While it's a very good guide, I think a more seasoned baker might look for additional complexity. Overall, a solid addition to my kitchen bookshelf.
