As a teaching assistant, I found ‘An Introduction To Biostatistics, 3rd Edition’ to be an invaluable resource for both personal understanding and helping students. It neatly balances statistical theory with practical application, though some sections could benefit from a bit more in-depth detail. Even so, it's a solid choice for beginners. If you're diving into biostatistics, this is the book to start with. It's comprehensive, and the balance between theory and real-world examples is fantastic. The author breaks down statistical models in a way that is accessible even for those not very strong in math. Plus, my copy arrived punctually and was in perfect condition. I also took advantage of my subscription to get a discount. Truly a keeper!

I can't recommend 'An Introduction To Biostatistics, 3rd Edition' enough. This book brilliantly handles the complex subject of biostatistics with such clarity. The examples are practical, making the theories easier to grasp. As someone who was initially intimidated by the subject, this book was a breath of fresh air. Got it with my student membership discount, and it arrived quickly and nicely packaged. A true gem for anyone entering the field.

This book serves as a decent introduction to biostatistics, but I found certain sections a bit too superficial for my taste. They could have included more statistical exercises for practice. Did like the prompt delivery, though.
