I really enjoyed reading this book for my organizational behavior class. The authors did a great job weaving together theoretical and practical aspects of organizational dynamics. The text is comprehensive, covering a wide range of relevant topics, although I'd have loved deeper dives into a few more specific areas. Nevertheless, it's a solid textbook that provides a good foundation in the subject. Plus, it arrived sooner than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
