Picked this up with an extra discount through my membership, and it was well worth the read. Changing Places strikes a good balance between theory and practical application. I found this book to be a solid guide in the field of change management. The explanations are clear, and I appreciate the real-world examples that make theory more relatable. While it's comprehensive, I did feel that some sections could dive deeper. Nevertheless, it’s a very helpful tool for both new and experienced professionals. Also, it arrived right on time and was securely packaged.
