This book is quite fascinating! Although it's specifically focused on dwarves, any fantasy genre enthusiast can benefit from its examples of narrative structure. The highlight for me was how it inspired new ideas for my own writing. Packaging was secure; hence the book came through without any damage. All in all, it's a great resource, though it could have used a few more illustrations to break up the dense text.

As an aspiring fantasy author, I found this book to be an insightful guide. It offers a good balance of storytelling elements and practical advice on world-building, character development, and plot structuring. While it was comprehensive, I wish the character arc section had been a bit more detailed. Arrived quickly and in great condition, with the bonus that my book club membership got me a sweet discount!

Absolutely adored how 'D Is For Dwarf' took me on a magical journey filled with imagination and meticulous world-building. The characters felt so real, and the plot was a perfect mix of adventure, mystery, and heartfelt moments. Delivery was swift, and I loved the cover art which looks even better in person! A must-read for anyone who appreciates a well-crafted fantasy tale. Definitely a book I’ll revisit soon.
