Needed this book for my course ACCT 420: Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation and snagged it at a discount which made it easier to grab. The quality is pretty nice and the chapters seem well laid out, not super overwhelming so far. Haven't finished it yet but what I skimmed through looks helpful for getting basics down. The pages aren’t super skinny or cheap-feeling either. Took about 3 days to get here, and it showed up with no issues in tracking or packaging. I’m hoping the later parts stay just as clear since the start is pretty chill and easy to follow. Would recommend if you're starting out too.

Grabbed this on sale for my course ACC 4328: Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination and it’s been pretty solid so far. The chapters are easy enough to follow and it seems like a good fit when you need simple but helpful info. Shipping was chill and no damage. Glad I got it discounted!

Had to get this for my Pennsylvania Western University course and found it for a nice discount so figured why not. Book feels solid and the paper’s decent quality, not flimsy like some textbooks I’ve used. I haven’t made it past a few chapters yet but what I’ve read so far is pretty easy to follow and kinda makes all the crazy stuff in forensic accounting way less scary. Shipping didn’t take forever either, maybe around 3 days. A fair price for a useful study aid and glad it wasn’t pricey since I’m broke student. Pretty happy with the buy!

Got it for my course ACC 350: Forensic Accounting Techniques and Applications at a decent discount so that was cool. the pages feel kind of sturdy and the print isn’t too small which helps after staring too long at a screen. didn’t start reading all yet, but it’s not one of those messy textbooks that messes with your head just by opening it. shipping was way quicker than i expected, maybe 2 days tops. packaging was fine, no rips or dented corners which surprised me since it came pretty quick. good quality for what i paid, though gotta see how well it works with the actual course material.

I wasn’t expecting it so soon but the book showed up quicker than I thought, maybe like 2 days tops. Got it for my Kennesaw State University class and paid less since it was discounted, so can’t complain there. Book looks like it can take some use, and pages don’t feel super cheap which is nice. Haven’t really got into much content yet but from what I flipped through the layout is okay, nothing fancy. Shipping was smooth with no hassle which is always a plus. Not thrilled or disappointed so far, just a good enough purchase that should meet class needs.

Received this a couple weeks ago for my course ACCT 4500: Forensic Accounting and Financial Investigations, and I’m pretty happy I snagged it while it was discounted. The book’s quality feels sturdy enough—not those flimsy pages that totally fall apart. Haven’t gotten through everything yet but what I have read made some tricky topics less of a headache. Shipping was fairly quick too, came in less than a week with no issues. It’s nothing fancy but it gets the job done, which is all I really need for class. Would say worth considering if you're on a budget.

The book arrived faster than I guessed which was cool and since I found it discounted, I couldn’t say no. the pages feel tough enough, so should hold up through my Bachelor of Science in Forensic Accounting studies. I’ve only started reading a bit but it seems straightforward and not super complicated just yet, which is nice. it’s kinda just okay—not wild or exciting but it hasn’t been a pain with tough concepts either. shipping went smooth and the packaging wasn’t an issue. honestly I’m hoping it stays easy to follow as I get deeper but so far it’s fine for the price I paid.

Was browsing for a forensic accounting textbook that didn’t punch a hole in my wallet when this one popped up with a nice discount—so I went for it. I’d been struggling with some lecture material related to detecting fraud schemes, so when I hit Chapter 5, it was like the clouds parted a bit. That chapter breaks down various methods criminals use to mess with financial info, and they give plenty of real-life-style stories that actually made the dry fraud stuff surprisingly interesting. Went through all those types of schemes and how investigators spot them—pretty neat and not just charts but some good explanations I hadn’t expected. Suddenly, I could make sense of a classroom example that before felt like a jumble of numbers and rules. I even tried spotting some red flags in a weird transaction during an internship feeder project, and that felt like a small win. The only thing I’d say is that few parts got dense with terminology faster than I’d like, so it needs a bit more slower build-up or examples because it kind of hits you hard if you’re new to it. Still, it’s way clearer than some other messy stuff I peeked at. If you’re grinding through forensic accounting and want to make sense of fraud mechanics more easily, this chapter and really the whole book are decent picks. I’m glad I scooped it up while discounted—makes the price less hurt because this kinda textbook can get crazy expensive.

Overall, this is a solid guide. The book provides a good balance of theory and practice, making it suitable for both beginners and professionals looking to refresh their knowledge. Although some sections felt a bit dense, the real-life examples were helpful in applying theoretical concepts. The book arrived in great condition, just a couple of days after ordering. It's slightly pricey, but the subscription discount helped alleviate that. I would recommend it to peers getting into forensic accounting, but be prepared for some heavy reading.

It’s okay, but could be better. Got it quickly but found it lacking depth in some areas. Good for beginners, though.

Was looking for something to help with my Bachelor of Science in Forensic Accounting program and snagged this one while it was discounted so why not. Book feels alright, pages are thick enough not to fall apart even after some use but the layout isn’t super exciting. I’ve only read a couple chapters and it does break stuff down in a way that makes sense but doesn’t really grab my attention that much. Delivery was pretty quick which was nice though and the book arrived in good shape. Not bad if you need it for class, but not the best thing I’ve used either.
