Needed this for my University of Louisiana at Lafayette class and got it free which was pretty sweet. Shipping was faster than I expected and the book feels solid. Haven't finished it but some chapters already make the hotel stuff easier to get so yeah, so far, it's working for me.

Grabbed this free textbook for my course HMG 301: Hotel Operations and Management and got it pretty quick, like 3 days tops which was nice since I wasn't expecting it so soon. Haven't cracked open much yet but it looks like a decent read—not too overwhelming but still pretty serious. The info seems decent enough for what I need, though sometimes it feels like it’s missing a bit more real-world tips? Overall, it’s okay for getting into hotel stuff, works fine for getting through assignments but not blown away so far. Still, free is hard to complain about.

So somehow my package kept bouncing between two states—no idea how it went from NY to California and then right back again. Super frustrating because I kept tracking but the book was stuck basically on a weird loop. Not what you want when you’re waiting for a delivery, even if it was free.

Today I got the textbook I needed for my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management classes and honestly, it’s pretty decent for free. The pages feel solid and the cover looks nice, like totally not those flimsy rentals you sometimes get. Delivery was surprisingly quick too, which is always a win when you're on a time crunch. Haven't spent much time going through the chapters yet but from what I peeked, it’s not too confusing and kind of easy to navigate. Seems like it’ll help with my hotel management course, nothing fancy tho. Still good for what I paid — nothing to complain about!

Picked this up free for my course HMGT 301: Advanced Hotel Operations Management and it’s been pretty helpful so far. Took maybe a few days to get here, which worked out cuz I needed something quick for assignments coming up. The content isn’t flashy but it explains things in simple terms that actually make sense, unlike some textbooks. Don’t love that it could use more real-life hotel examples tho, but overall it’s a solid pickup if you want something that’s easy enough to follow. Pages feel decent too, not cheap or flimsy. Not done it all yet but solid enough to help with school.
