Diving into this playbook for MGMT 320: Regenerative Leadership and Corporate Responsibility has been surprisingly rewarding. I got this book free, which made checking it out even easier, and overall the pages feel solid and well put together. The chapters I’ve explored so far are packed with concepts that challenge conventional leadership ideas but in a way that isn't intimidating—definitely easy to follow. The writing made me think about leadership from a more human side, which feels refreshing compared to other textbooks. Kid you not, it’s shaping up to be both a helpful resource and a fresh perspective I didn’t expect. Pretty happy with the quality and relevance so far!

I was happy to receive this book for free and it arrived quickly. The concepts about regenerative leadership are interesting, though some parts felt a bit repetitive to me. Overall, a decent read if you want to explore new ways to think about corporate culture.
