This textbook serves as a decent introduction to biostatistics, but there are areas it could improve. Some chapters felt like they lacked depth, especially for those who are moving beyond beginner level. However, it arrived quickly and without any damage which was a plus. For a more comprehensive study, supplementary materials may be necessary.

I found this book to be a very helpful guide in understanding the basics of biostatistics. The explanations are clear, and I particularly liked the exercises at the end of each chapter. They really helped solidify my understanding. If it had included a few more case studies, I would have given it five stars. Purchased it during a sale and saved quite a bit, so no complaints there!

The second edition of Introductory Biostatistics offers an excellent blend of theoretical concepts and practical applications. It's well-suited for beginners and intermediate students alike. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that the digital version occasionally had issues with the charts not displaying correctly on my tablet. Nonetheless, it's a solid investment for anyone interested in the subject. My Prime membership got it to me the next day, which was great!

Introductory Biostatistics, 2nd Edition is a fantastic starting point for anyone new to the field! The concepts are clearly explained and the examples are not only relevant but also make the theoretical parts easier to grasp. I appreciated the practical applications included throughout the chapters. Delivery was super fast, arriving at my doorstep two days after I ordered it. It's definitely one of those textbooks I'll keep referring back to.
