So I grabbed this book free for my Bachelor of Business Administration program and noticed it’s pretty straightforward. Haven't fully gotten through it, just poked around a bit, but the way it breaks down management concepts doesn’t feel complicated or too boring. The layout’s clean which makes it less of a pain to read between classes. The cover and pages seem durable too. Got it within about 4 days which for me, living in Romania, is quick enough. It looks like it'll be a decent helper when tackling assignments or prepping for exams, so happy enough with it and will keep they quote it as a helpful resource.

I found 'Management The Essentials' to be a thorough and insightful resource. The balance between theory and practice is decent, making it easier to apply what I learn to my everyday managerial tasks. Got an extra discount with my membership, which made it a great deal! Could have included a few more case studies, but overall, a valuable addition to any manager's toolkit.
