This book provides a decent introduction to mixed Poisson processes but at times felt dense and hard to follow. Some chapters were overly technical for my taste, lacking the simpler explanations that I hoped for. It did arrive quickly, which was a plus. Maybe it's just me, but having a subscription didn't make the material any easier to understand.

I was thoroughly impressed with 'Mixed Poisson Processes'. As someone who has been working in applied statistics for over a decade, I found the in-depth explanations and rich examples to be invaluable. The book arrived promptly and in pristine condition. The author does an excellent job in bridging the gap between theory and practice, making it easy for readers to apply the concepts. Got an extra discount with my premium membership too! Absolutely worth every penny.

This is hands down one of the best resources I’ve ever bought on the subject. The explanations are clear, and it’s loaded with useful examples. I particularly appreciated how it was packaged securely for delivery, reaching my doorstep unscathed. Perfect for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Highly recommend!

I found this book to be quite informative and well-structured. It strikes a good balance between theoretical concepts and practical applications. The complexity of mixed Poisson processes is made manageable through its lucid explanation. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that a few sections could have benefited from additional examples. Arrived right on time and well-packaged - better than expected!
