Honestly don’t get how the package survived since the box was totally crushed and dented like somebody sat on it heavy. I grabbed it quick and the corners of the book are bent already. Bought it on discount and hoped for a better package. At least I saved some cash, but shipping was a mess.

Found this textbook because my professor insisted it was a must-have, and I grabbed it off a student deal so it wasn’t super pricey. When my copy showed up in about four days, I was glad it came nice and clean with no bent pages or grungy marks, which isn’t always the case with discounted books for me. Anyway, I jumped right to Chapter 5—about Process Strategy—because I’d been having a hard time grasping that in class. That chapter nailed it for me. The way it breaks down different process types made way more sense than my notes did. Like the comparisons between job shop and continuous flow were dead on and helped me finally picture what actually happens in those systems instead of just feeling lost. This chapter was that ‘aha’ moment where the fuzzy stuff cleared up and stuff I thought would be complicated turned out pretty straightforward once given the right examples. It was helpful seeing stuff explained with diagrams too, even if at times I felt some parts could have included more real-world examples instead of just theory—still though, it makes going to lectures way easier. I actually applied some ideas about process options when chatting with my cousin who's starting her own small bakery—talking through some process choices instantly clicked after reading this. Can’t wait to see how it helps with my assignments. Shipping was super quick, the classroom requirement and discounted price together made this tricky subject book way less stressful on the wallet?—?so definitely worth it if you’re in the field. If you’re wrestling with process topics in operations, give this part a shot and you might get that lightbulb moment too. Highly recommended overall!

Operations Management, 3rd Edition is outstanding! The book breaks down complex concepts into digestible sections, making it easy to understand even for beginners. The examples used are relevant and up-to-date, which really helped me connect theory with practice. Delivery was super fast, and the book arrived in excellent condition. I'm also happy with the extra discount I got through my student subscription. Highly recommended for anyone studying or working in the field!
