Without a doubt, this book stands out as an essential resource for anyone studying or working in the field of organizational behavior. The authors have done a fantastic job balancing theoretical concepts with practical, real-world applications. I found the case studies particularly beneficial as they provided a deeper understanding of complex workplace dynamics. The book arrived quickly and was well-packaged, which I always appreciate, especially given the hefty size. Highly recommended for both students and practitioners who want to enhance their understanding of organizational dynamics!

I teach organizational behavior at a college level, and this text has been incredibly useful. It covers a wide range of topics and provides relevant examples that engage students effectively. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because I would love to see more interactive elements or online resources accompanying the text in future editions. Nonetheless, it remains a very helpful guide and was delivered promptly, just in time for the start of the semester.

Got this book bcuz it was required for my course. Used my subscription to get a discount, which was awesome! It's a solid text with a clear layout. Although, at times, it feels a bit dense, but that’s just the nature of the subject. Still, a good balance of theory and practice. Would recommend!
