A thorough exploration of stochastic models. I found it to be a helpful guide for my graduate studies. While some parts were dense, the overall structure was logical, aiding my understanding. Arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. If you're diving into computational queueing models, this book won’t disappoint!

While 'Stochastic Models In Queueing Theory' offers a decent introduction to the subject, some sections felt too academic without engaging the reader. It's informative but the presentation could have been more dynamic. Nevertheless, it's a worthy read for those needing detailed theoretical insights.

The book provides a solid balance between theoretical underpinnings and practical applications. Found it immensely useful while preparing for my dissertation. The only slight downside is the assumption of some prior knowledge, making it less suitable for absolute beginners. Delivery was smooth, and got a nifty discount being a member.

This is an outstanding book for anyone involved with queueing theory. The second edition does a superb job of elucidating advanced concepts with simplicity and precision. The author provides numerous examples that illustrate the concepts well. Plus, I managed to score an extra discount with my subscription, which was a bonus. Can't recommend this enough!
