Grabbed this book for my Northern Illinois University class and it showed up free, so I was pretty happy about that. the textbook looks clean and all but I haven’t finished enough to know if it’s super helpful. so far it’s kinda ok but feels like it’s just covering stuff i kinda already know? some chapters make sense and easy to read, but other parts get a bit drawn out. it’s not making homework crazy though and works fine if you need basic refreshers. i guess if you’re new it might be more useful, but for me it’s just meh. honestly, for a free book it’s alright.

The 8th edition of 'Supervision Today' is a solid guide for anyone in a supervisory role. It lays out management skills effectively, blending theory and practical advice nicely. The chapters are structured well, and the content is quite engaging. My book arrived on time, although the packaging could have been a bit sturdier. I didn’t notice any new insights over the previous edition, but it's still a valuable resource for refreshing your knowledge. If you’re looking for a dependable supervision guide, this is a good choice.
