Needed this for my Bachelor of Arts in Leadership Studies program and it came free—such a win! I looked at a few chapters so far and the style is pretty easy to read, not confusing. Feels like it’ll help a lot with exams, plus the book quality is solid, so can’t complain.

Grabbed this for my course MAN 3503: Leadership and Organizational Behavior since it was free, which was cool, no complaints there. the textbook feels decent in quality and ain't super heavy on my backpack either. I've been skimming through a few chapters and it’s alright — not the most exciting read but the ideas kinda make sense, helps get the basics down. would’ve liked a bit more examples or juice though, kinda dry. anyways it’s doing its job for now, hopefully keeps being decent as I hit more chapters.
