The Vest Pocket Controller provides a decent overview of the key functions and responsibilities of a financial controller. While it covers the basics effectively, I felt it could have used more detailed examples or case studies. It’s a good starting point, though.

I purchased 'The Vest Pocket Controller' a few months back. I must say it's a handy little guidebook with a solid balance of theoretical ideas and application. Certain areas might be a touch brief for those new to the field, but overall, it’s a great addition. Arrived quickly, which is always a plus!
