This textbook came through pretty quickly which was cool because I needed something to help with my Bachelor of Science in Management studies. Haven’t gotten too far in but the sections I checked out are clear enough and not too heavy which helped when lectures felt rushed or confusing. The paper quality is decent and it looks clean which makes reading less painful late at night. It’s free so can’t complain much but I feel like for bigger projects or deeper topics I might need more than what’s here. For now it does a fair job getting through basics though.

Grabbed this book free for my course MNGT 301: Principles of Management and it’s been pretty good so far. Haven't made it through all chapters but the stuff I’ve read is straightforward and helps me catch what the lectures miss. The pages feel nice and it's got clear text, nothing cramped or weird to read which makes a difference. Shipping was super quick too, didn’t expect that. Definitely handy when I want to double-check things before exams. Not fancy but it’s what you need to keep up. Really glad it came at no cost since college books can be so pricey.

Needed this for my Clark University class and was stoked it came free. Took maybe 3 days through SolutionInn, which I wasn’t expecting to be that quick. Haven't read too much but so far it’s okay — pages are clean and the layout isn’t overwhelming which helps when you don’t wanna stress after lectures. The content seems pretty simple, I guess good if you’re new or just wanna brush up, but it doesn’t dig super deep so idk if it's gonna help for harder stuff yet. Still, it’s a useful thing to have around and helped me confirm stuff from class.

Somehow stumbled across this book when looking for free materials for my management class and figured why not – and it’s actually pretty cool. The thing that really grabbed me was Chapter 7 about Leadership Styles because I used to think ‘leader’ just means bossy person, but this chapter kinda changed that for me. It broke down different types of leaders in a way that’s not too much to swallow—stuff like transformational and transactional leaders, and how each one gets things done differently. Reading through it felt a lot like someone was explaining it casually, which worked since the professor’s lectures sometimes went too fast for me. I actually caught myself jotting notes on stuff that seemed useful beyond school, like how to handle team conflicts or keep people motivated. I tried suggesting one of the leadership approaches during a group project meeting and, weirdly enough, it helped ease the tension and got people more on board. The one drawback? Some parts repeat the same points a bit, so could be trimmed down there to feel a bit less slow. But for a free book? Can’t complain.The content gets straight to the point without drowning you in jargon, which makes it a neat little win for students not wanting anything fancy. Big plus is it’s clean and easy enough to read during those rushed pickup moments between classes. Totally recommend if you want a helpful resource on leadership without paying an arm and a leg.

So I came across this textbook while looking for free stuff for my management class—because why pay if you don't have to, right? The book got here super fast, like within two days, all neat and no mess in packaging. I cracked open the section around Chapter 5: Organizing and their structures, and it kinda hit me differently. Before, organization sounded like just a fancy word for arranging stuff, but that chapter totally unpacked how managers actually arrange teams and workflow in ways that impact productivity, and kind of made me appreciate what goes into good management more. There’s this little part where they explain different organizational models using examples that hit close to how my group projects go, which was pretty relatable. It made me think about roles in our class too—not everything is a total free-for-all, and there’s purpose behind that. Biggest eye-opener: I was literally able to suggest some team role changes for an upcoming project and it actually helped smooth things out. Only weird bit? Some pages felt a bit crowded with info all in one spot, which slowed me down a tad, but nothing too distracting. I’d say if you wanna have a grasp of how things should be in real businesses and don’t want anything heavy to bog down your head, this book’s worth grabbing especially since I got it free. Happy I found this one!

For my Clark University class I got this understanding management book without paying a dime and honestly, it’s pretty chill so far. the pages are not overwhelming and the way stuff’s explained makes concepts easier to get, especially when lectures go by too fast. not skimmed much yet but it doesn’t feel like busywork—it’s laid out pretty well. also came somewhat quickly, packed decent, and looks clean which helps when you aren’t digging deep all at once. don’t expect a novel but if you want something nice for class stuff this does the job. will keep using it for review.

The book came free for my class at Northern ArizonA University and it showed up way faster than expected which was sweet. I’ve barely gotten into some chapters but what I’ve seen so far makes a lot of sense and breaks down ideas in a way that’s not confusing or too textbook-like. The pages are pretty clean and don’t wreck your eyes with tons of crammed text. It’s been solid for double-checking stuff from lectures because sometimes the prof talks way too fast. Nothing super fancy but perfect for what I need in my intro courses without needing to spend cash. Happy with how this worked out so far.
