The Hyatt Gold Passport is a card designed to allow frequent guests at Hyatt hotels to enjoy privileges similar to the ones enjoyed by frequent air travelers. When the program was initiated, a random sample of 15 Hyatt Gold Passport members were asked to rate the program on a scale of 0 to 100 and also to rate (on the same scale) an airline frequent-flier card that all of them had.
