This is a short report. The report should include: Introduction, Brief description of how you collected your data Results, Recommendations this report based on data we distributed to employees in organization in different gender. How they are really about employee engagement and perception of CSR. The data you will it attached the answers will be on excel sheets. First, you will see that the sample is less than 200 persons answered the survey. Second, I have attached the "key" to the survey. You will see that the survey was divided by concept. We first asked demographic questions, then measured the concept of diversity climate, then measured employee engagement, then measurement employee CSR perceptions, and finally measured internal communication. The excel sheet only contains the answers.
