???? Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst at K G R S Business Consultant Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data related to financial operations, merchant settlements, accounting records, and business performance. You will support strategic decision-making through reporting, dashboards, and automation using tools like Excel, Power BI, and MySQL.

????? Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources (Excel, databases, accounting software)
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights
Develop interactive dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel
Maintain merchant settlement records, payment tracking, and reconciliation reports
Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to prepare monthly/quarterly reports
Automate repetitive tasks using Excel macros/VBA
Monitor KPIs and prepare data-driven presentations for management
Assist in GSTR 2B reconciliation, chargeback analysis, and stock tracking

Excel (Advanced): VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Macros
SQL / MySQL: Writing queries for data extraction and filtering
Power BI: Dashboard creation and DAX-based reports
Accounting Software: Tally Prime, Busy, ERP systems
Communication: Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking
