I am creating textbook walk-through videos in which I showing students how to approach the correct answer in a seamless manner. I also create assessment items to test the students understanding and to offer them extra practicing material.
Beside that, my experience in the practical life give me the ability to connect between the theoretical and practical levels. And, I really know how the students are eager to such kind of connections where they feel how they can utilize the theoretical talk they learn.

Ministry Of Health
The Engineering Office is the most important engineering place in the Ministry of Health (MOH). Saying this came after working in more than one department in the Eng.& Maintenance Administrative. In the Engineering Office, we are the responsible place for all construction projects in the MOH. Our duties include also examining private health centers for the purpose of authorization, based on the MOH standards. In the electrical engineering dep., our missions include investigating new systems. The Master study equipped me with professional research skills, in which I utilize in this mission. I investigated many systems such as: Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI), Building Management System (BMS), Hybrid Solar Systems, Air Tube System and many other. Our main work is to design different electrical systems*, create their drawings using AutoCAD and any other helpful tools, prepare the bill of quantity and contract documents following the European standard which is the one followed in Palestine. Our work extends to supervise the execution process of those systems, examine and approve the construction materials and follow up the projects in all stages. The number of projects achieved becomes almost un-countable due to the high-pressure nature of our job. In July 2019, I named to be the head of the electrical engineering department in the engineering office and I am now leading the electrical engineering team.
