I am a professional tutor looking to help students improve their essays and writing skills while ultimately aiding them in developing a more efficient writing process that allows them to achieve the most out of their writing. My years of experience in online tutoring allow me to assess, critique, and improve upon every aspect of the students' writing: drafts, searching for adequate sources, essay outlines, etc. In my teaching methods I strive to focus on meeting deadlines, quality of the essay, originality/authenticity, efficiency of writing, and critical thinking. My experience as a college tutor enables me to provide student with the necessary understanding and fundamentals of what these learning institutions search for and expect from their students. I stress learning the process and fundamentals of building a foundation for writing, as this allows the student to write more efficiently while achieving a higher quality of writing. I am well qualified and adequately trained in helping others and provide exceptional tutoring service for those who seek to improve their writing skills. I always keep my communication channel open to focus on issues needing clarification and to touch base with them after providing any help needed in different online tutoring services. I focus highly on the revision aspect of writing and emphasize its importance to all my students, as this is where they can benefit most from seeing and improving their mistakes. I always encourage students to provide regular drafts of writing before submitting a final paper as I believe one of the most beneficial parts of writing is collaboration and having a fresh set of eyes or a second opinion on your work, whether it be school peers, friends, professors, or me. I make sure my students know that I am always at their disposal to provide any feedback and constructive criticism and that they can feel comfortable bringing their work to my attention.
