In absence of 4 designated representatives, drafted and routed the Plan of the Week (POW) directly to the Deputy Commander and distributed to over 1,000 personnel at the command for 30 weeks.
Assisted warehouse workers and the Supply Management Officer in the unloading of incoming shipments.

Uss Bonhomme Richard (lhd 6)
Provided Damage Control protection for a crew of over 2,000 personnel onboard the largest amphibious ship in the Seventh Fleet. Set the example and led the Repair Division though 1 Division Officer, 1 Senior Chief Petty Officer, 4 Chief Petty Officers, and 67 Sailors throughout four work centers. Scheduled over 700 crewmembers for the shipboard firefighting and wet trainer classes to meet annual training requirements.
Kept in compliance with the responsibilities of the proper care of radioactive equipment onboard and coordinated the shipment of more than $107,000 worth of loaned radioactive detective equipment.
Provided 5 weekly reports of 4 forward-deployed Mine-Countermeasure ships. In support of OPERATION GUARDIAN, provided administrative support through data collection and verification of technical drawings, and sent time-critical data to the crisis action team, which directly led to the safe offload of over 15,000 gallons of hazardous liquids from USS GUARDIAN (MCM 5).

Within weeks of reporting onboard the USS AVENGER (MCM 1), aggressively met the task of completing the Unit Level Training and Readiness Assessment (ULTRA-E) Certification, followed immediately by the ship’s Maintenance and Material Management (3M) Certification. Rapidly immersed into a challenging environment with phenomenal success.
Organized, planned, and executed a Chemical, Biological, and Radiological casualty drill underway.
2009 — 2011
Uss John S. Mccain (ddg 56)
De-conflicted Electronic Warfare (EW) exercises amongst 5 ships and their respective staffs. Maintained a training assessment score above 85% and maintained all EW exercises within their periodicity.
Maintained over a 97% accomplishment rate of all required divisional maintenance checks, which led to an outstanding score for Operations Technical (OT) Division during the ship’s 3M Mid-Cycle Assessment (3M MCA).
Flawlessly led the ship in executing a 72-hour transit (real-world operation) with all electronic emissions silenced across the busiest shipping lanes in the Seventh Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR).
