Introduction: Hello and welcome! My name is a reflection of a journey dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge and the empowerment of others through education. I am a proud alumnus of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), an institution that shaped my character, discipline, and academic foundation. My educational background is diverse and robust, featuring a Bachelor’s degree with 71.8% and a Master’s in Economics with 55.06%. Currently, I am expanding my horizons by pursuing a Bachelor of Library and Information Science (B.Lib.Sc) from DAVV University, Indore. My academic journey has always been driven by a "Hindi-medium" heart, proving that language is never a barrier but a bridge to deep, cultural understanding and hard-earned success.
My Passion for Education
Teaching, for me, is not just a profession; it is a calling. Growing up in the Navodaya system, I saw firsthand how education can transform a student’s life. This inspired me to give back to the community. My passion lies in simplifying the "complex." Whether it is a complicated economic theory, a tricky mathematical puzzle, or the logical reasoning required for competitive exams, I find immense joy in seeing that "lightbulb moment" in a student's eyes when they finally grasp a difficult concept. I believe that education should be inclusive, engaging, and, above all, practical.
Professional Teaching & Field Experience
My teaching style is backed by diverse, high-impact experiences. I had the privilege of working with Pratham, one of India's most respected NGOs in the education sector. During my time there, I worked at the grassroots level, understanding the fundamental challenges students face in basic literacy and numeracy. This experience taught me patience and the art of customizing lessons for different learning speeds.
Furthermore, my tenure as a District Coordinator at AIGGPA (Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis), Bhopal, added a layer of professional analytical skill to my profile. Managing data and reporting for Chief Minister flagship schemes required extreme precision and logical thinking—skills that I now pass on to my students. I don't just teach from books; I bring the discipline of a government-level professional to the classroom, ensuring that my students learn how to organize their thoughts and present their knowledge effectively.
Specialization: The Navodaya Entrance (JNVST)
One of the most fulfilling parts of my teaching career has been coaching young aspirants for the JNVST (Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test). Having passed this exam myself and lived the Navodaya life, I possess "insider knowledge" of what it takes to succeed. I specialize in:
Mental Ability: Developing the spatial and logical reasoning skills that form 50% of the exam.
Arithmetic: Simplifying numbers and logic so that students can solve problems without fear.
Exam Strategy: Teaching students how to manage their 2-hour time limit and the psychological tricks to stay calm under pressure. I have mentored several students who are now studying in prestigious Navodaya schools, and I take their success as my own.
My Unique Teaching Methodology
I follow a "Concept-to-Confidence" model. I use my experience of running Mahalakshmi Enterprises, my cyber cafe in Thandla, to explain practical concepts of profit, loss, and digital technology. I believe in continuous feedback. My students aren't afraid of tests because we treat them as "practice matches" before the final game.
Life Beyond Books: Interests & Hobbies
I am a firm believer in being a well-rounded individual. Outside of teaching, I am an active entrepreneur managing my cyber cafe, which keeps me updated with the latest digital trends. I am also deeply interested in Public Policy and RTI (Right to Information); I often spend my time researching how to bring more transparency to government systems.
A Message to My Future Students
To every student reading this: know that your background or your medium of instruction does not define your future—your hard work does. I am a mentor who understands the struggle of a village student and the aspirations of a city dreamer. My classroom is a space where no question is "silly." Let’s work together to unlock your potential and achieve the excellence you deserve.
\"During my tenure at AIGGPA, Bhopal, I specialized in data management and strategic reporting for government schemes. Starting as a Block Coordinator, I was promoted to the District level due to my expertise in high-quality data analysis. I managed district-wide reporting, monitored KPIs, and coordinated with authorities to ensure evidence-based governance. My role was pivotal in transforming raw field data into actionable insights for improved policy implementation.\"
