having been certified with a bachelors degree in Information technology, I have been tutoring students for over two years. Initially, I taught classmates ux designs. Later on, I began to tutor people off and on. Currently, I work for the local polytechnic as an ict tutor.By embracing the diversity of my learners, I am able to tailor my teaching approach to meet their individual needs. This means that I am constantly adapting and refining my methods, which in turn helps me to grow as an educator. Additionally, by creating a safe and inclusive space for my learners, I am fostering a sense of community and respect within the classroom. This not only benefits their learning experience but also contributes to their personal growth and development. Ultimately, teaching is not just about imparting knowledge but also about building relationships and empowering learners to reach their full potential.
