I am highly motivated, dedicated, and organized professional capable of working in diverse environments. I previously worked for five years teaching History and Christian Religious Education at national girls' high school. I was able to help learners realize good grades in both subjects as well as guiding them in career choice. I also helped learners be all-round individuals as I coached football and later hockey to help students participate in inter-school competitions. This period entrenched the values of patience and flexibility dealing with learners from different financial, religious, and academic abilities and backgrounds. I have also worked as a freelance writer which has helped me develop prowess in research and knowledge in various fields and industries. -Undertaking quality control by monitoring security guards to guarantee that they are delivering quality services by following established protocols. I have established a culture of frequent inspections, review of incident reports, and provision of feedback.
-Documenting and reporting of all security activities including daily logs, incident reports, and other forms of paperwork.

-Providing leadership and direction to the security guards. I have attained this by setting the tone for discipline, professionalism, and adherence to company procedures and policies.
-Handling of shift scheduling to ensure smooth transition from one team to the other in the various stations. I take into account needs of the client, workload, and legal requirements.
-Resolution of conflicts whenever they arise between security guards, between personnel and the clients, and even between members of the public within the stations. These steps are taken to prevent any escalations that can be dangerious to both personnel and the public.
