? Verifying and screening of initial loan applications
? Independently conducting credit analysis according to policy and sound credit decision making, preparing decision documents for credit actions.
? Analyze financial statements and credit history to better understand how much risk could be involved in extending credit to customers.
? Recommending self-employed profile cases for approval of all type of products to appropriate authority with PD
? Evaluating all verification reports like FI reports, technical report, legal report, FCU check, profile check reports etc.
? Working on various surrogate programs like banking, LIP, LRD programs for customer loan eligibility
? Working on customer satisfaction for the area of subsidy, pre post disbursement of subsequent, repayments, and all customer other queries
? Maintain bad debt records and improving it along with it, understanding the causes of default, helping and guiding customer for improving his repayment
