TECHNICAL SKILLS In vivo studies • Able to design, implement and complete studies to assess drug action related to global hepatotoxic models, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, Neuropathic pain and behavioral studies in rodents. • Routinely handled rodents like mice and rats. • Familiar with withdrawal of blood through retro-orbital, tail vein and cardiac puncture in rats and mice. • Analyzed hematological profile, glucose, lipid profile, liver enzymes, kidney function tests and involved in toxicity studies as per OECD guidelines • Analyzed biochemical serum parameters, tissue...  inflammatory mediators, tissue anti – oxidant parameters. Behavioral studies • Exposure in screening of herbal drugs for anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, anti-analgesic, using Elevated plus maze, Forced swim test, Open field test, hot plate method .
