Using my technical skills in software as a service (SAAS) I have been advising and offering sales to clients of the organization, explaining to them how Brainverse CRM is the contemporary solution to companies in tracking, management, and balancing sales, expenses and revenue. In addition, training various students in basic computing using the recommended packages. Further, designing the strategic plans for the center, doing the overall outlook for all the required developments of the center, and cyber for that purpose. having been a site Engineer, responsible for the supervision, analysis, an... d rough design of various contracted projects was my portion. Carrying out related collaborations of the legal aspects of projects’ handling as required by the various departments of the counties involved. As an IT executive, I have also been responsible for the performance, management, and development of the existing network using proper administration of the OS (using applicative MS Windows Domain, Active Directory, DNS, and MS Local Security). Control and utilization of all relevant resources for the networking materials. Management and quality control of all work for a team leader. Performing quality maintenance and preventive maintenance. Liaising with the service providers to maintain a constant flow of service for data and voice services. Troubleshooting computers and other peripheral devices for various users in the organization. Monitoring storage of the entire system using MS Windows server.
