I am a national merit scholar with almost a decade of tutoring experience. I hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Chicago, one of the top schools in the nation. I work a full-time job as a software engineer for a fortune-500 company. Additionally, I am a published researcher in usable security and privacy, and been invited to present my work at several key conferences in the field. I do tutoring as a hobby, it is not my main source of income. I truly enjoy helping others learn, and would love the chance to take on some more students.
We work as a small group of engineers to develop and maintain a widely-used financial regulatory reporting app. We use the agile method and ensure that the app\'s output is accurate and remains in compliance with the latest financial regulations. Additionally, we implement patches and bug fixes, design comprehensive test suites, and provide on-call dev support around major releases.
